I lived with my best friend until last week. The two of us have suffered many things together, and have sworn to be friends for an eternity. She has saved my life several occasions.
Last week's Tuesday, she was strange. That is not unusual for she can be an eccentric woman. The strangeness was her insistence on doing certain things. She was gone on that Wednesday morning, with a note saying goodbye, and a very large check.
I miss her, my Nestan. She has taken care of me very well, but I want more than money. I want my friend.
